FINWAX Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the FINWAX authentication service — the FINWAX account and the sign-in pages at zitadel.finwax.in (the "Service"). By creating a FINWAX account or signing in, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1. What the Service is

FINWAX is an identity provider: it lets you create a single account and use it to sign in to connected products, such as VELDAT and other products that integrate FINWAX ("Connected Products").

The Service authenticates you. It does not provide the Connected Products themselves. Each Connected Product has its own operator, terms and privacy policy, and your relationship with that product (its features, content, payments, availability) is exclusively between you and its operator. Accepting these Terms does not create any rights against FINWAX regarding a Connected Product, and vice versa.

2. Website content, information purposes, and age-rated services

2.1. Informational purposes only. All materials on the finwax.in website — descriptions of studio services and products, articles, publications, and any other content — are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a public offer, professional, financial, investment or legal advice, or a warranty of characteristics, availability or fitness of any service. Specific services are governed by their own terms as presented within those services.

2.2. Age-rated services (16+ / 18+). Some services listed on the website carry age ratings. Listings marked 18+ refer to services containing adult (erotic/explicit) content intended solely for persons who have reached 18 years of age (or the higher age of majority in their jurisdiction); listings marked 16+ are intended for persons aged 16 and over. The finwax.in website itself does not display explicit materials — such content is available only within the respective services, subject to their own access rules and age verification. By opening a service marked 18+, you confirm that you have reached the required age and that accessing such content is lawful in your location. If you do not meet these requirements, do not access those services.

2.3. Third-party platforms. Links to external platforms (Telegram, X, YouTube, VK, GitHub, Mastodon and others) lead to resources governed by their own terms and policies; FINWAX is not responsible for their content or practices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or older where your local law requires a higher age for consenting to online services) to create an account. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly register them.

4. Your account

• Provide accurate registration data (email, name) and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account until you notify us of a compromise at support@finwax.in.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication where offered.
• One person per account; do not transfer or sell your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a coordinated disclosure agreed with us in writing; (c) use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or facilitate illegal activity; (d) interfere with the Service's operation (including rate-limit evasion, scraping of sign-in endpoints, or automated account creation); (e) impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Suspension and termination

• By you: you may delete your account at any time via the account console or by contacting support. Deleting your FINWAX account will end your ability to sign in to Connected Products with it.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue first.
• Upon deletion, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy (Section 4, Retention).

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

8. Privacy

Our processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice. Where FINWAX authenticates you on behalf of a business customer, that customer is the controller of the underlying relationship, and FINWAX processes your sign-in data on its documented instructions.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, belongs to FINWAX or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal authentication to Connected Products. Open-source components (including Zitadel) remain subject to their respective licenses.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FINWAX accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Where applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of liability, FINWAX's liability is limited to the minimum extent that law allows.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We do not send individual notices of changes: the current version is always published at https://finwax.in/legal/terms, and it is your responsibility to review it. By continuing to use the Service after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhutan, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Before pursuing any formal dispute, please contact us at support@finwax.in — most issues can be resolved directly.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice are the entire agreement between you and FINWAX regarding the Service.
